Shipping for the Italian territory starting from €6.90 (free for orders over €59), delivery takes place within 24 - 48 hours of purchase, except in some cases (disadvantaged ZIP codes, smaller islands, Sardinia, inland areas, etc. …) where the expected times are 48-72 hours and in some periods of the year, such as the Christmas holidays, in which the couriers may not operate. Shipping within the European Union in 5 - 7 days from €19.99.

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase registration phase. To facilitate delivery, I invite you to communicate an address where someone can always be found to collect the package, for example an office, a home, a shop, a relative or friend, in order to avoid delivery delays and stocks in the warehouse of the shipper.

Carefully check that the data entered, such as address and house number, are complete and indicate a mobile phone number to contact in case of problems in shipping.

All this in order to guarantee an optimal service and satisfy Quintessence's customers.

In the event of storage, the courier will be able to keep the products in its own warehouses or those of third parties for 10 days, after which the products can be returned with an additional fee which will be calculated on the basis of the rates applied by the shipper.

We currently only ship to countries within the European Union. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping estimates page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of these items can be found on their detail page.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or faulty item, etc).

NB: For safety reasons we will only accept the return of products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with. The return of skincare and makeup products without a protective film (even at the time of sale) will not be allowed except for the box sets. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external casings, accessories and instructions. For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted.
