How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping in Italy is €6.90 for all orders up to €59 spent, free for orders over €59.

Shipping costs and Digital Gift Cards do not contribute to reaching the minimum threshold to benefit from free shipping. However, any discounts due to applied coupons should be taken into consideration.



What are the shipping and delivery times?

All orders placed before 2.00pm are packed and departed the same day. All those made after 14:00 are set up and depart the following working day (therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

Delivery times are 24/48h. All shipments are made by express courier.

For purchases made in specific periods characterized by promotions and holidays (e.g. Christmas), delivery within 24/48h may not be guaranteed. Quintessence S.r.l.s and its partners will in any case endeavor to ensure that orders are shipped as soon as possible.
