Returns and Refunds
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send La Quintessence S.r.l.s notice of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This communication must be sent by e-mail to hello@esteticaquintessenza.com (provided it is confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with return receipt) and registered letter with return receipt addressed to:
La Quintessence S.R.L.S.

The communication must include the following information:
- Name and Surname of the customer;
- Customer address;
- Order number and date of purchase;
- Item description, quantity, reason for the return and relative amount paid.
Upon receipt of the communication, La Quintessence S.r.l.s will communicate the methods for shipping the products to the customer via email. Please note that the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are charged to the customer as provided for by article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code. Once the request for withdrawal has been accepted and the goods have been received, La Quintessence S.r.l.s will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, net of shipping costs, within 14 days from the date on which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal.
Finally, please consider that the consumer customer pursuant to the Consumer Code cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the following is found:
- The opening of the product, which therefore compromised its integrity;
- The absence of elements that are part of the product (e.g. case, cap, dispenser, etc.);
- Damage to the product;
- Goods returned beyond the 14 days which represent the maximum return period.
The consumer customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal even in the event of the purchase of Digital Gift Cards (or Gift Certificates), consequently the amount spent for the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
