The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase registration phase. To facilitate delivery, I invite you to communicate an address where someone can always be found to collect the package, for example an office, a home, a shop, a relative or friend, in order to avoid delivery delays and stocks in the warehouse of the shipper.

In the event of storage, the courier will be able to keep the products in its own warehouses or those of third parties for 10 days, after which the products can be returned with an additional fee which will be calculated on the basis of the rates applied by the shipper.
We currently only ship to countries within the European Union. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or faulty item, etc).
NB: For safety reasons we will only accept the return of products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with. The return of skincare and makeup products without a protective film (even at the time of sale) will not be allowed except for the box sets. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external casings, accessories and instructions. For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted.

Depur-Drena 500ml:
The Açai berry has numerous nutritional properties. The high content of fibre, polyunsaturated fatty acids and polyphenols makes it useful for use in diets aimed at reducing body weight.
The active ingredients contained in the artichoke and milk thistle have hepatoprotective and detoxifying properties.
Asiaticoside, active in Centella Asiatica, has strong anti-inflammatory activity and counteracts capillary fragility.
Pilosella and Ortosiphon have a diuretic and draining action. They facilitate lymphatic reabsorption and stimulate diuresis. They are active ingredients for the treatment and prevention of water retention phenomena and to promote the activity of the excretory organs.
Dandelion has diuretic, choleretic and cholagogue properties. The inulin contained in the root has an action at the intestinal level: its prebiotic action determines optimal growth of the microbiota.
