The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase registration phase. In the event of storage, the courier will be able to keep the products in its own warehouses or those of third parties for 10 days, after which the products can be returned with an additional fee which will be calculated on the basis of the rates applied by the shipper.
We currently only ship to countries within the European Union. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or faulty item, etc).
NB: For safety reasons we will only accept the return of products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with. The return of skincare and makeup products without a protective film (even at the time of sale) will not be allowed except for the box sets. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external casings, accessories and instructions. For reasons of hygiene, the product must not have been used or opened in any way. If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted.

How to Use:
1: Perform a total body scrub before taking your daily shower. Inside the scrub there are: Himalayan Salt, Sea Salt, Bergamot Oil, Mint Oil. The exfoliating action helps the penetration of the active ingredients, reducing the layer of skin damaged by the sun.
2: Apply a few drops of pure Phosphatidylcholine synergy to the most critical areas, it will help dissolve and reshape the most persistent and difficult fat deposits. Massage vigorously until the synergy is completely absorbed.
3: For the first application only, apply the three bandages, starting from the ankles to the waistline. The function of the bandage will have a shock effect on your body by breaking the bonds of fat and draining. Put on the onesie and leave on for at least 20 minutes.
4: Apply the Triphasic cream to the entire treated area. massage until completely absorbed.
